Can I use a WhatsApp number that is already active?
Yes. An eligible WhatsApp Business app number connects with an in-app code and keeps working on your phone, with up to six months of chats. A number with another provider moves across with its name, rating and templates.
How long does setup take?
You can connect your number and reply to customers the same day. Meta reviews templates within 24 hours and lets you open 250 chats a day, or 2,000 once verified.
Can Otobiz get my business the blue verified badge?
Meta grants the blue badge to well-known businesses with a verified business and an approved display name. Our team helps you prepare the request.
What happens when the AI cannot answer?
